1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
For all training programs and services, we offer a 10-day refund policy in case you are not satisfied with the service provided. If, within 10 days of making the payment, you feel that our services are not adding value to you, you may request a refund by emailing us at info@tecknowacademy.com. If your concerns are valid and cannot be resolved, we will process your refund accordingly.
2. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
- The refund request must be made within 10 days of making the payment.
- After the 10-day period, the refund window will be closed, and no refunds will be processed.
- If a refund request is made, we expect you to have attended at least one training session or review call to evaluate the value of our services.
- If you are eligible for a refund, the final refund amount will include deductions for any completed sessions, materials provided, or tools accessed.
- Changes in your study or career plans after starting the program will not be considered valid grounds for a refund (partial or complete).
- In case of unavoidable personal or professional circumstances, we offer the option to extend your service access for up to 2 years so you can use it later.
- The service can also be utilized for other applications, such as scholarship programs, job cover letters, or career mentorship, if your plans change.
3. REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL RESOURCES
For digital resources such as sample documents, guides, or e-books, we offer a 24-hour refund window. You may evaluate the material within 24 hours and request a refund if you find it unsatisfactory.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- After the 24-hour window, no refunds will be provided for digital resources.

4. REFUND PROCESS
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
